Email and Telephone Support
Telephone Support
On selected website packages enflexion provides telephone support duriung business hours. Business Hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30 am Australian Eastern Standard Time and 5:30pm AEST. Telephone support can be offered outside these hours for an additional fee if required.
Telephone Support is limited to the Business and eCommerce Packages and a cap will be placed on the number of hours provoded. The cap will be agreed upon when you sign your contract.
Email Support
All enflexion website packages provide ongoing email support for the duration of your contract. You wil be provided with a support email address and an ID for your account.
The following email support standards are provided:
- All emails answered within 24 hours between Monday to Friday AEST;
- Emails sent between Friday 5pm AEST and Monday 8am AEST will be answered on the next business day;
