Step Two - Create a Site Summary

Once you have selected the keywords for your website you need to create a one sentence summary of what your website offers.

The site summary is used when you register your site with search engines and other online directories such as DMOZ (The Open Directory) .

Keep in mind the following points:

The site summary should contain your most important keywords from the list you created in Step One.

Once you have written your site summary and are happy with how it reads it’s time to move on to creating optimizing the actual content of your website.
